Summer fitness classes

at the Cumberland Senior Center, 1464 Diamond Hill Road,90-minute class three times a week, Tuesdays at 6 p.m., Thursdays at 7 p.m. and Saturdays at 9 a.m. All levels are welcome. There are several instructors throughout the summer. Refreshments will be served, $5, including bottled water.
